- Well, just wanted to get in a quick post while I'm still ridin' the wave of leftover euphoria from tonight's ridiculously amazing Celtics game. Basically, the title of the post says it all - What. A. Game.
Ray Allen plain and simply played like THE MAN. His stamina, skill, and poise were on full display. Posey was HUGE. Eddie brought down the HOUSE. Pierce showed the HEART OF A CHAMPION, and KG was in fact the BIG TICKET.
One of the greatest comebacks in NBA history, baby, this one showed what CELTIC PRIDE is all about. I mean, at halftime I could barely even watch the game, the Celts were playing like crap, pardon my french. But holy lord, in the third and fourth quarters, it was a whole different story. The shots began falling, the HEART was once again there, and in the end The Celtics overcame seemingly insurmountable odds, and now find themselves ONE GAME AWAY from championship glory. Kudos to Doc Rivers and the rest - this was a display of will, determination, and heart for the ages.
Sorry Lakers fans, but tonight you've got to love that dirty water, because Boston took it home!
